There’s an early reference of Charlie the unicorn: 00:37 – 00:40 as a tattoo on the GI Joe chest.

Also, the T-shirts worn in 00:46 – 00:50 and 01:56 – 01:58 contains many references to the videos shown on the Pork and Beans video, some of them as bear figures (Afro ninja, Afro ninja, Diet Pepsi and Mentos Experiment).

Hm, could it be: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZNTgglPbUA that’s on the whiteboard in the big meme shot? If you pause the video, there’s a drawn box etc, but the quality of the video makes it hard to distinguish further..
